    Get a Windows Disk, then boot from it.And format ur Windows Local drive from the CD then install the new Windows.Then make sure to get a good Anti-Virus/Internet Security software. I recommend Kaspersky Internet Security. It has a high detection rate and it literally cleans ur computer. Hope I helped. =)
