My favorite site. Three step to generate your color scheme Select Hues ► Adjust Scheme ► Get Scheme info and you are done. You can also preview your Webpage on both dark and light theme before starting making your own design.

Excellent tool for creating Blend pattern of related color. You can Automatch or Edit Directly. Play with this tool to generate some really good color scheme.
3. ColorHunter:

Create and find color palettes made from images. No need for generating manually. Gives you relevant and good looking color palettes upon searching on the basis of Hex Code, Tag or mainly Image URL.
4. 4096 Color Wheel:

Select your color and hover your mouse over the Square to change its Hue and Saturation. Upon click it will give you three sets of color ► web-safe, web-smart, unsafe. So you can quickly know what to use and what not to use.

First generate your hex code. Then copy paste inside the box to get your four colored scheme. As simple as it can be.
